Sunday 30 March
In the morning we went back to Grandad's old house. The cleaning ladies let us see inside, but without the film crew. It was very grand, with cable TV in each room.

Then I went to a football session at Karpaty Lviv's training ground, with Oleg, a friend I had made. The trainer took me round their new football ground.

Tuesday 2 April
Today I went to a farm. I fed the rabbits and chickens which I really liked, but I didn't want to milk the cow! I cuddled some new-born kittens, they were so cute!

I stayed the night at Oleg's flat. We watched Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid on Ukranian TV.

Wednesday 3 April
Today we went to find Grandad's old school. It is now a music school. I was not sure that it was the right building but Dad thought it was.

Then we went to Oleg's school to talk to some of the boys. After lunch I went to the French lesson at the school. When they put their hands up it is different from the way we do it. They all have beautiful handwriting.

Thursday 4 April
I managed to finish my diary before the bus came to take us to the airport! This was such a brilliant trip. It was an adventure, both happy and sad.
